MR. ANINDYA MITRA comes with rich experience of 25+ years in the field of Education Management and has a deep understanding of all functional areas of an Education Enterprise.
He holds two master’s degrees – one in Environmental Science (M.Sc.) and one in Management (M.B.A.), and his core strength over the years has been to guide and counsel students in choosing a career path that gives them the best possible opportunities.
He has been a Trainer on Attitudes and Motivation, and a faculty of Management Studies as well. As co-founder of MyDegreeOnline.in, he is involved in the overall management and development of the company.

MR. RAVINDRA WANI comes with rich experience of 20+ years in Process Outsourcing and Regulatory Compliance in the field of Education.
He has been actively consulting emerging private universities in end-to-end compliance requirements – right from D.P.R. to L.O.I /Enactment and from U.G.C. visit to N.A.A.C. and N.B.A./N.I.R.F. Today his clients comprise of over 50 Universities and Colleges.
He also has been involved in post-enactment consulting at various universities. Apart from Universities, he has also consulted reputed Education Groups in compliance matters like A.I.C.T.E. approval, N.A.A.C. rankings etc.
He has also conceptualized and implemented technology enabled processes like proctored online examinations, e-marking, ERP-led SOPs and Online Admissions, in many institutions. As co-founder of MyDegreeOnline.in, he is involved in the networking and P.R. function of the company.
